Zion RxShare, powered by Rx Valet, is an exclusive discount program that provides Zion HealthShare members with access to discounted prescription medications. With savings of up to 80% off retail prices, Zion RxShare offers an affordable way to manage your prescription needs, whether through a local pharmacy or convenient home delivery.
Who Can Access Zion RxShare?
Zion RxShare is automatically included for all Direct Memberships. If you have an Essential Membership, you can easily add Zion RxShare for a small additional monthly fee. How to Register for Zion RxShare
If you're a first-time user, registering for Zion RxShare is simple:
- Visit the Registration Page: Go to Zion RxShare
- Enter Your Information: Make sure to provide the same details you used when signing up for Zion HealthShare to ensure smooth account linking.
- Use Your Group ID Code: Enter the Group ID code ZHSB01 to complete your registration.
- Check Your Email: You will receive an email from Zion RxShare with your digital ID card and additional information about using Zion RxShare.
If you're already registered, simply log in to your Zion RxShare account.

How to Use Zion RxShare for Local Pharmacy Pick-up
For prescriptions you need immediately, Zion RxShare makes it easy to pick up your medication at a local pharmacy:
- Get Your Prescription: Ask your doctor to send your prescription electronically to your preferred local pharmacy.
- Present Your Zion RxShare Card: When you pick up your medication, show your Zion RxShare card at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacy should process the prescription card just like any other Rx card using the BIN, PCN, and Member number listed on your card. Your card can be accessed and printed from the Zion RxShare website. If your pharmacist is having any trouble, they can call the Pharmacist hotline at 855-798-2538.
- Pay at the Pharmacy: You will pay for your medication directly at the pharmacy. The pharmacy will apply your Zion RxShare discount.
How to Use Zion RxShare for Home Delivery
For prescriptions that are not needed immediately, Zion RxShare’s Home Delivery option offers convenience and additional savings:

Choose Home Delivery on the Zion RxShare Website: Visit the Zion RxShare website and select the Home Delivery option. Zion RxShare will coordinate with your pharmacy or doctor to transfer the prescription to Advanced Pharmacy. Please note, if there are any issues facilitating the transfer or receipt of your prescription, Zion RxShare will reach out to you and request you initiate the transfer with your pharmacy or physician.
- If you’ve previously filled the first 30-day supply at a local pharmacy, be sure to submit the mail order prescription on the Zion RxShare website. Zion RxShare will initiate a prescription request from your local pharmacy or physician. The prescription will then be transferred to Advanced Pharmacy for automatic refills.
- Allow 10-14 Days for Delivery: After submitting your prescription, allow 10-14 days for processing, filling, and shipping. Shipping is FREE and refills are easy and automatic as long as you have a valid prescription on file.
- Get Updates: Zion RxShare will contact you by email, text, or phone with any information regarding your prescription, home delivery, and refill updates.

Members who call the Zion HealthShare office asking about eligibility of medical expenses will be given an opinion, not a decision. Sharing Requests and medical expenses cannot be authorized over phone. For more information on submitting bills to Zion HealthShare, review the Member Guidelines or login to your Member Portal.
These guidelines are effective as of May 1, 2024.
Note
The Member Guidelines that go into effect May 1, 2024 will only be applicable to sharing requests that are submitted on or after that date. If a sharing request was submitted prior to May 1, 2024 the sharing request will be reviewed for sharing eligibility according to the Member Guidelines in effect at that time.
